1) Eligibility Window

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

Holiday gifts delivered between Nov 15–Dec 31 may be exchanged or returned through Jan 31.
2) What Can Be Returned
To be eligible, your belt must be:

Unworn and unaltered (trying on for fit is OK)
-
In original condition with tags/packaging included
-
No extra holes punched, no creases, scratches, odors, or signs of wear
Non-returnable items: Final-sale or “Last Chance” items, custom/monogrammed belts, gift cards, and used/worn items.
3) Exchanges (Fit Guarantee)

Free size exchanges (US only): We provide a prepaid return label for your first size exchange on each shipment.

Style swaps: If your selection isn’t your vibe, you may swap for another available style in the same month’s lineup (limited releases subject to availability).

Instant exchange option: We can ship your exchange immediately with a temporary hold on your card; the hold is released when your return scans in.
4) Refund Options
Choose one of the following when you start your return:

Belt Credits (store credit):
-
No fees; issued after your return scans in.
-
Never expires and can be used on membership add-ons or past styles (when available).

Original Payment:
-
Subject to a $7 restocking fee per returned belt.
-
Refunds post 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

If you use our prepaid label for a straight refund (not an exchange), the $7 fee covers restocking and return shipping for U.S. orders.
5) Prepaid Plan Returns (6- or 12-Month)

Swapping sizes/styles follows the same rules as above.

Refunds: If you cancel a prepaid plan, we will refund the unused cycles to the original payment method, adjusted for any term discount already used. Alternatively, you may convert the remaining value to Belt Credits at full face value.

Used months are non-refundable once shipped.
6) Gifts

Gift returns/exchanges can be initiated by the recipient via the Returns Portal using the order number or gift email.

Refunds for gifts are issued as Belt Credits to the recipient.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
-
If your belt arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll replace or correct the order at our cost (no fees, free shipping).
8) Additional Notes
-
No-Repeat Promise: If you ever receive a duplicate by mistake, we’ll fix it on us.

Multiple exchanges: The first size exchange per shipment is free (US). Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.

Subscription shipments: Unworn items are eligible for return within policy. Worn items are not returnable.

Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days from scan-in for us to process returns/exchanges.
